Set in peaceful surroundings bordered by orange groves and conservation the south/west facing pool area is pure decadence for relaxing whilst watching the sun going down after a hard day at the parks.
Living Room:
On entering this fabulous home there is an enormous area for everyday family living that offers style and comfort with luxurious sofas. Overlooking the pool a bright and sunny room lets you relax and wind down.
Family Room:
Another large room is this open plan home, overlooking the pool and the conservation behind you can relax here with plenty of entertainment, there is a cable TV with DVD/Video a choice of movies and disks for your enjoyment plenty of large comfy sofas and chairs , coffee table and soft lighting.
Dining Room:
A lovely decadent dining room is beautifully laid out for you to have casual family dining or a more formal dinner as opposed to using the other dining areas inside and outside of the home.
Kitchen:
The large open plan kitchen with light oak cabinets and central island comes with all mod cons in fact everything that can make mums job ( lets face it its normally her doing all the work !!) a lot easier from all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils there is nothing this kitchen does not supply ( except the food of course !!!) just behind the kitchen is the utility room which caters for a full size washing machine and tumble dryer plus iron and ironing board.
The breakfast nook is in the perfect spot so you can watch what is going on out at the pool while having meals at the table and four chairs, we also provide a couple of bar stools for extra convenience.
Home Office:
A bright and inviting room at the front of the house with a full size office desk where you can set up your laptop computer, leather swivel chair and plenty of power and phone points.
Master Suite:
The king size master bedroom has been luxuriously furnished with a sumptuous US King bed and matching furniture with masses of drawer and closet space. There is a telephone and alarm clock for your use and direct access to the pool area thru french doors. Off the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity units large roman bath and family size walk-in-shower plus a separate toilet.
Master Suite 2:
A delightful second US Queen bedroom ( UK King size) comes with cable TV and plenty of drawer space, this bedroom has access to its own bathroom with large walk-in-shower, toilet and vanity basin.
Bedroom 3:
A third US Queen bedroom ( UK King size) is stylish and bright and again has plenty of drawer and closet space for your expanding shopping !!!!!! and a cable Tv.
Bedroom 4:
This bedroom is beautifully decorated with a delightful 'Winne The Pooh' theme for our younger guests and offers 2 single/twin beds,plenty of closet space and a cable tv which is also where we house the games consoles. Next door is the third and final bathroom with a bath tub and shower over plus toilet and vanity basin.
Games Room:
Here we offer something different to other rental homes a fantastic room with a full size air hockey table, a pool table and a games console station to keep everyone happy for hours.
Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi/Spa
Wow what can I say this is a stunning extension to the interior of the home as we know how much people wish to enjoy the Florida sunshine !! The extended deck gives you more room to pull out the high quality padded loungers and chairs and move around, the 30ft swimming pool and the Jacuzzi/spa has underwater lighting for evening swimming. The large covered lanai houses a table and 6 chairs as well for all that al-fresco dining. The view is breathtaking, gaze at the birds of prey as they circle the woodland beyond or the handgliders off in the distance and the best bit is you have no rear neighbours looking into your pool. True tranquility and totally priceless.
Pool/spa heating is available as an option and is only normally required from November -April although of course you can have it any time of the year to take off the chill, we do have a thermal blanket for the cooler months as well for your extra convenience.
Miscellaneous:
The local management are on hand 24/7 should you need them.
On site facilities include a fully equipped gym and clubhouse plus a childrens play area and a volleyball court all free of charge for guests.

This is a non smoking and pet free home in respect for future guests.
